New Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in MT Højgaard A/S

By mutual agreement Johnny Rasmussen retires from his position as CFO in MT Højgaard A/S as of today.

On 10 October 2011 Flemming Steen takes up the position as new Chief Financial Officer.

Flemming Steen is 45 years old, with an MSc (Economics and Business Administration) and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Finance). Most recently, he held a position as Senior Vice President, Head of Group IT, A.P. Møller-Mærsk. Flemming Steen has previously been CFO in Junckers Industrier A/S, CFO in APM Terminals, A.P. Møller-Mærsk, and has therefore great management experience as well as a substantial background in finance and IT.
