Corporate social responsibility
MT Højgaard's policy for corporate social responsibility confirms our obligation to observe ethical conduct when carrying out our activities. Our code of conduct includes obligations in relation to integrity, fairness and social responsibility.
MT Højgaard's policy for corporate social responsibility applies to all staff in MT Højgaard A/S and those of MT Højgaard's wholly-owned companies.
In carrying out our activities we will apply ethical standards which, as a minimum, will ensure that we comply at all times with the laws of those countries in which we operate.
We will handle issues regarding ethics in a way that ensures that the company will be acknowledged for this, and will achieve financial success.
MT Højgaard's policy for corporate social responsibility comprises five main points:
- business conduct
- human rights
- employee rights
- anti-corruption
- environment
MT Højgaard has a number of other policies, for which this policy for corporate social responsibility forms the overall framework.
It means that we commit ourselves to act in accordance with this code in relation to staff, economy and finance, environment, working environment, safety, clients, market conduct, competitors, collaboration partners and suppliers.
