We are improving. Our accident frequency is steadily falling, due to an active effort from all our staff.

Working environment objectives

We expect everyone to take responsibility, and that all staff know our working environment policy and our working environment objectives – and adapt to them.

To follow up on the working environment objectives, we visit our construction sites regularly both in Denmark and abroad, and give advice on health and safety.

Construction sites are visited every seven weeks to ensure that everything takes place according to the rules. Approximately 1,300 construction site visits are carried out each year.

The fall in accidents has resulted from an active efforts involving:

• the smiley scheme
• audits of the working environment
• safety meetings
• handling and evaluation of accidents and near misses
