MT Højgaard has entered into a contract with Bricks A/S to build STRANDPROMENADEN which consists of 42 homes with a sea view at Østerbro in Copenhagen. The luxury homes will be built with materials of the very highest quality.
In just a few weeks, MT Højgaard will begin building 42 homes having a total area of 7,000 square metres at Strandpromenaden 33-39 at Østerbro in Copenhagen. All apartments will have a view of the Øresund strait between Sweden and Denmark, and the entire project, designed by schmidt hammer lassen architects, will be of a top quality that matches the unique location.
MT Højgaard is to construct the building, and after a good co-operation in the preparatory phase, MT Højgaard now looks forward to completing the design phase and beginning to build the new homes.

It is clear to see that the luxury home market in Copenhagen is starting to stir as 25 per cent of the apartments have been sold quite quickly. With the conclusion of the contract, MT Højgaard can now get started to ensure project completion by the summer holidays 2016.

Merchant Otto Henry Bærentzen's old villa at Strandpromenaden will be preserved and converted to accommodate four of the 42 apartments, and in that way, the old villa will form part of the overall architecture. This will also contribute to creating a unique building.
