We wish to have satisfied customers who feel that they are receiving well-thought-out solutions through cooperation with us. This is done by ensuring that price and quality go hand in hand. When we measure the satisfaction of our customers, we can see whether we are living up to this goal.
The satisfaction of costumers is measured systematically
At MT Højgaard, we are constantly working to improve customer satisfaction with the services and products we deliver. That is why we systematically measure our customers’ satisfaction by sending out questionnaires to them each time we have completed a case of more than DKK 2 million.
Customer satisfaction is measured using an index figure, and our figure for 2016 shows an overall customer satisfaction index of 73 out of 100.
We want to continue improving
We have an ambition of maintaining our focus on a high customer satisfaction with a minimum index of 76 during the course of 2017. On the basis of our customer satisfaction measurements, we are constantly identifying areas where we can strengthen our efforts to make the building and construction process a better experience for our customers.
