Commitment to a safe working environment

Jesper Nordby, Executive Vice President:

Each safety week we take advantage of the opportunity to focus on safety culture. We have made a commitment to a vision of zero accidents. This calls for focus and attention and therefore we must all look after ourselves and each other. When we show up in the morning none of us expects a work accident to happen. If every day is a safety day – every day can be a day without accidents all year round.

In MT Højgaard every day is a safety day.

Vinnie Sunke Heimann, Vice President QHSE:

Planning reduces the number of work accidents. Therefore we focus both on our overall planning and personal planning. We have introduced “Stop and think safety” for all employees. This means that we all must stop before we begin a new task to ensure that the task can be completed safely. We all have the right to come home safely every day.
