Flintholm retail and offices in Copenhagen

Retail units of varying sizes will be placed along Dirch Passers Allé and towards Marguerite Vibys Square, creating a varied and lively shopping environment.

Centred in the square is a protected building (an old gas meter house), which will be converted into a café to create a lively centre.

The development will also include a supermarket of 2,500 m² with entrances from both the square and from an underground parking facility. On top of the parking facility, an open recreational area will be established.

The floors above the ground floor will be fitted out for offices and provide approximately 6,000 m².

A public cultural centre will be constructed for Frederiksberg local authority in the neighbouring building.

The area of Flintholm comprises a mixture of residential buildings. The new development along Dirch Passers Allé is of the highest architectural standard and has contributed to raising the quality of the entire area and turning it into a new attractive quarter in Frederiksberg.

Flintholm has a varied mix of residents and functions which creates an active and attractive city quarter. During the day, people go to and pass through the area. The shops along the avenue and towards Marguerite Vibys Square will have a very attractive and accessible location.
