This white paper introduces our experience of the integration of Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) in the tasks related to sustainability, creating a more productive and efficient process. Integrating VDC tools with the project's 3D models can optimize the work on the sustainability of the building in relation to the energy frame and daylight calculations, life cycle costs (LCC) and life cycle assessment (LCA).
