Project management training
Through MT Højgaard's project management training you can grow from managing small tasks to being responsible for the largest and most complex construction and civil engineering projects.
Our project management training programme is aimed mainly at construction engineers, project managers, senior project managers and production managers. Our entire organisation is also in touch with the programme, however, so all staff members are offered the first training module as part of their employment.
Project management training in three modules
Our project management training consists of three modules and we have assembled the programme so that you take part in the ones that are relevant to you:
In Module 1, which all employees are offered, you get an insight into the basic project management skills and what it means to represent MT Højgaard both internally and in relation to our many customers and business partners.
In Module 2, there is a focus on professionalism and strengthening your skills in different areas, including management, follow-up and co-operation.
In Module 3, we focus on you as a project manager. You will learn and test a range of project management tools, and it is possible to obtain an IPMA certification afterward, if your manager believes it is appropriate.
At MT Højgaard, we are probably best known for our work in Denmark, but we are also active abroad – including in Vietnam, the Faroe Islands and the Maldives.
If you are interested in an international career, there are plenty of opportunities with us. We have offices in the Maldives, the Faroe Islands, Iceland, Greenland and Vietnam, and we have projects in even more countries.
