This white paper shows that BIM Execution Plans often do not provide for the data required by the contractors on projects where the contractors are not involved from the outset. If the client involves the contractor early and ensures a good framework for collaboration it will increase the projects profitability and reduce the stakeholder’s exposure to risks and conflicts.
