The already good infrastructure will be upgraded as a result of the coming light rail system, which will benefit the tenants by reducing commuting time.

Involved from the concept phase
In partnership with PFA Ejendomme, MT Højgaard’s Project Development Division has been involved since the concept phase and has been responsible for the planning and development of the final project, which resulted in the deployment of the MultiFlex Office concept.
The multi-user building accommodates 350 employees.

MultifFlex Office creates a flexible environment for businesses
MultiFlex Office was developed by MT Højgaard based on many years’ experience in the development and building of office buildings for Denmark’s leading companies. The concept ensures a flexible layout and provides for ongoing adaption to new requirements. Companies can therefore expand or downsize as required. It also offers other benefits in terms of communal areas, canteens and meeting rooms.
