Start with a targeted application
When recruiting, we attach great importance to finding the best qualified candidate for the job in question. Consequently, it is important that you send us a targeted application and an updated CV. Any interview that we invite you to will be based on these. We also use LinkedIn in our recruitment process so if you have a LinkedIn profile, please feel free to send us a link.
When we receive your application, we will send you written confirmation. If we think you have the right qualifications for the position advertised, you will be invited to an initial interview after three-four weeks.
Interview procedure
For the initial interview, the head of the department will be present along with a member of the HR team. The preparation that you do prior to the interview is crucial for ensuring that both you and we get the best out of the interview. We therefore expect you to ask questions about the company or about the position itself.
If, after the initial interview, we think that you have what we are looking for, you will be called in for a second interview.
Personal profile analysis
We often use personal profile analysis when recruiting for salaried positions and the like. The result of the test will not in itself decide whether your application is successful, but it will form part of our assessment of your overall qualifications. Regardless of whether the interviews lead to a successful job offer, you will always receive feedback from your test either in written form or verbally.
During the recruitment process, we will ask you to provide some references, i.e. from your previous employer or from your studies, in order that we can form a broad assessment of you.
