For the AL Nord tender, we worked with an open-book approach and maintained an ongoing dialogue with AL Sydbank. This gave the client access to our considerations and a full overview of every detail throughout the tender process.
Both buildings have now been completed, enabling their users to benefit from two buildings that combine high architectural quality with a comfortable indoor climate.
AL Huset has achieved DGNB Platinum certification as well as DGNB Diamond and Heart certifications. AL Nord is targeting DGNB Gold certification.
