Replacement of shower cubicles and installations
As a part of the refurbishment of the Tåstrupgård housing complex, the AKB housing association wanted to upgrade the bathrooms at 552 properties.
The project included replacing the prefabricated shower cubicles with robust new bathrooms, other installations from the water supply point up to and including facilities in the bathrooms and the kitchens, plus all the sanitation from water-seals in the basements to drainage systems in the bathrooms and kitchens.
Good collaboration with client and consultant
During the project, we had interim deliveries of stairwells and finally, a full delivery where basements and communal areas were included.
All the phases of the project were delivered on time without any errors or defects. Its success reflected the close collaboration between the occupants of the complex, Client and consultant.
