Project Name

Kløvermarken Pumping Station

Industrial and commercial construction, Shell construction

Krüger. Architect: C.F. Møller

Our contract for the pumping station comprises construction and civil engineering works as well as the reorganisation of the associated sewerage pipes and pressure pipes.

The circular pump cellar has a diameter of around 35 metres.

Aside from the circular pump cellar, the new pump station will consist of two water towers.

Pumping chambers

The pumping chambers will be finished with a concrete cover upon which will be established a 400 m2 building to house the technical equipment. The building will be constructed with in situ cast rear walls and a cavity wall. In addition, we will build two 28m pressure towers with a diameter of around 5m, which will be built in concrete with cavity walls. Finally a series of underground concrete works will be built with new pipelines for entry and exit to the pumping station.

The Kløvermarken pumping station will replace the previous pumping station built in 1901.
