Built with the heart and the mind
The housing is built with both people and the environment in mind. That is why every house is marked with the Nordic Eco-Label which represents a healthier choice for both residents and the environment.
Gaardhaverne is developed by MT Højgaard in cooperation with Holscher Nordberg Architects. Our common goal has been to create a new housing area which fulfills the needs for functionality while it feels comfortable.
Room for community and privacy
The housing is created with a focus on life in between the houses. The landscaping architects, Lassen Landskab AS, and the architect, Holscher Nordberg, have worked closely together to create perfect surroundings for neighborliness and modern family life.
The layout of the houses is inspired by classic terrace houses in Copenhagen.
The neighborhood square is a green common area where children and neighbors can meet. It has a playground and calm green areas. Next to the neighborhood square is a separate football court where both old and young players can practice their skills.
