We are constructing a new office building of 13,700 m² in Nordhavn.

Trælastholmen Visualisation: entasis

13,700 m² office building with space for 940 workplaces

Trælastholmen is located in one of Nordhavn’s fastest-growing business districts and forms part of a larger urban development area. Here, MT Højgaard Denmark has acquired the building rights to the site known as Building Plot 3.07.

Together with Nrep and Urban Partners, we will construct a 13,700 m² office building with space for 940 workplaces across six storeys. The project also includes a green urban garden that will be open to the public.

The project is being delivered as a turnkey contract and has been developed by MT Højgaard’s own project development team in collaboration with architect entasis and consulting engineer Norconsult. Construction is expected to commence in the summer of 2026, with completion scheduled for the first half of 2028.

By og Havn

Timber-and-concrete hybrid construction designed to reduce carbon emissions

The building, which is targeting DGNB Gold certification, will be constructed using a hybrid structural system in which part of the concrete is replaced with timber-based modules, significantly reducing the project's carbon footprint.

The project will be delivered entirely through our own production teams, involving multiple MT Højgaard Denmark business units. From project management and piling works to carpentry, concrete works, earthworks and utility infrastructure, a wide range of competencies will contribute to the project.
