134 rental homes have undergone renovation for Alboa

From 1980s housing to modern, future-ready homes

In Højbjerg, we have completed the renovation of Håndværkerparken IV, Department 49, for ALBOA. The turnkey renovation project comprised 134 rental homes built in 1987–1988, which we renovated both internally and externally.

The renovation included replacing roofs, windows, timber elements, access balconies and doors to improve energy efficiency and provide better insulation. A new ventilation system was also installed. In addition, the bathrooms were modernised to provide residents with updated and functional facilities.

A familiar and highly experienced team made all the difference

The team working on Håndværkerparken IV, Department 49, was already well known to both the client and the consultants.

They had previously worked together on the renovation of Håndværkerparken, Departments 40–43, and the same team therefore continued its work on the new project. This continuity ensured strong collaboration, a shared understanding of the project requirements and efficient execution from the outset.
